This letter is in regard to your transportation security plan, Tri-State tiotor Transit Company Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear flaterial in Transit, dated March 5,1974 as revised to October 28, 1976 and your transportation contingency plan, Tri-State Motor Transit Company Contin-gency Plan for Road Transportation, dated September 12, 1978.
We have determined that these plans meet the requirements of 10 CFR Parts 70.20a and 110.50 and accordingly are approved.
Since these plans contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d), they are deemed to be commercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR Part 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accord-ance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 9.12.
