License No. 12-04933-06E Based on the insper. tion conducted on July 3,1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. This item is an infraction.
Paragraph 10 CFR 20,207(a), Storage and Control of Licensed Materials in Unrestricted Areas, Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 20, states that licensed =aterial stored in an unrestricted area shall be secured fror unauthorized renoval from the place of storage.
Contrary to this requirement, on the date of this inspection, 50 mil-licuries of hydrogen -3, as = ethyl palmitate, was observed to be kept in an unrestricted area in a refrigerator which was used for the storage of food and beverages.
