The subnittais were not accomoaniej by approval /anent'ent fees as requircJ by Section 171.22 of 10 CFR Part 170.
Rcquests for coprovals and/cr license anonients such as identified above should be classified in the canner set forth in Section 17C.22.
Section 170.12(c) recaires that your conpany provide a proposed dat.eraination of the arenJacnt (anproval) class, state the basis therefor, and su bit the fee with your application for the approval or amendaent for each plant.
