Purpose:
To inferm the Commission of the receipt of a license application.
Discussion:
Enclosed for the information of the Commission are copies of an application for a license for which Commission action will ultimately be necessary. Copies of the application have been placed in the Public Document Room.
It is noted that this is a routine reload for Fukushima I, Unit 3 which ordinarily could be. approved at the staff level pursuant to 10 CFR 110.40(b)(2); however, this request will be forwarded for Ccmmission review as requested by Commissioner Bradford on December 3, 1978.

Dear Sir:
Pursuant to Part 110 of Title 10, Ccde of Federal Regulations, we hereby apply for two licenses to export special nuclear material in the form of UF5 and/or CO2 to be shipped to the Tokyo Ilectric Power Company., Inc.
Although the ultimate end use in both applications is the same, for our convenience, we would like to apply separately for each case because the intermediate end users (Fuel Fabricators) are different.
