On July 3, 1979, the NRC granted to Florida Power Corporat ton an exemption to the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Pa ra g ra p h 5 0. 46 (a ).
This exempt ion was to be in force unt il the in s talla t ion of the pe rmanen t ECCS modifications or August 6,1979, whiche ver occurred first.
This is to inform you that as of this date the modifications and the procedures which incorporate the proposed permanent solution for the Crystal River Uni t 3 ECCS Small Breaks Analysis problem are complete.
