WM. H. ZIMMER, MODIFIED AMENDED SECURITY PLAN CJMMENTS (INCLUDING CONTINGENCY PLAN COMMENTS)
We have completed our review of the Wm. H. Zimmer Modified Amended Security Plan (MASP), dcted July 28, 1978.
Based on the results of our review we have identified in the enclosure changes to the MASP th.'t are necessary before the plan can be found acceptable in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 73.55.
These cor.rnents include comments to the Contingency Plan which is Appendix E of the MASP.
Please submit changes to the MASP for our review within ?O days from the receipt of this letter.
If you cannot meet this schedule, please advire us as soon as possible.
Tte enclosed document is considered proprietary and is being withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR Section 2.790(d).
