UTILIZATION OF ASME CODE CASE fl-240 In your letter of May 21, 1979, you indicated that you intended to apply the approved ASME Code Case N-240, exempting certain piping-subject to the requirements of the ASME Code from hydrostatic testing in your La Salle Station, and you requested our acceptability of this code case for immediate use.
We find this code case to be acceptable and may be referenced in your Final Safety Analysis Report.
