As I stated in my phone conversation on June 15, 1979, the Office of State Programs would provide material for the record for the second briefing on July 6, 1979. Andrew Robart, NRC's Regional State Liaison Officer, will contact you regarding the three briefings planned for later thic sumer.

The second briefing is entitled: Nuclear Energy in Perspective.

You cite twelve areas of concern.

I have enclosed published documents dealing with the concerns which fall under NRC's purview.

The twelfth area will be addressed in a separate letter, which will be forwarded shortly.
