0 Table #1 in our letter of June 30, 1979 (GQL 0865), indicated that a total of 15 " visual leaks" were found. These " visual leaks" were identified at areas where baron crystal precipitation was found on the piping. These areas were subsequently re-excmined to verify the existance of through-wall cracks in the piping. As a result it was found that only six of the 15 " visual leaks" were in fact through-wall pipe cracks. Of the six leaks, five were in the Spent Fuel Cooling System, and one was in the Decay Heat Removal System.
As stated in.GQL 0865, the next followup report will be submitted by August 15, 1979.
