This refers to your letter of March 20, 1979, wherein you submitted a revised ECCS analysis for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos. I and 2, in compliance with our Order for Modification of I.icense dated April 28, 1978. The Order was issued as a result of the discovery of an error in the zirconium-water reaction model in the computer codes used in the loss-of-coolant analysis for Point Beach Units and other plants.

A copy of our Safety Evaluation Report is enclosed.
The reanalysis r
was performed with the approved February 1978 version of the Westinghouse Evaluation Model in which the error has been corrected.
The reanalysis assumed that 10% of steam generator tubes were plugged, and used a total peaking factor of 2.32.
Based on our review, we conclude that you have fulfilled the requirements of our Order for Modification of License of April 28, 1978.
Accordingly, that Order is hereby terminated.
