and to changes to Rancho Seco procedures resulting from the May 7,1979, Order by the Commission. We find the procedures to be adequate except as noted in Item 2.
Further, our inspector audited the operators' and senior cperators' understanding of these procedures, and we find their understanding of these procedures to be adequate.
