This item is an infraction.
Action step (a) for Technical Specification tio. 3.8.1.1 states in part that with either an offsite circuit or diesel generator set of the required A.C. electrical power sources inoperable, demonstrate the operability of the remaining A.C. sources by performing Surveil-lance Requirements 4.8.1.1.1.a and 4.8.1.1.2.a.5 within one hour and at least once per eight hours thereaf ter; Contrary to the above, the East Emergency Diesel Generator's operability was not demonstrated within the one-hour period following the placing of the West Emergency Diesel Generator in an inoperable status for maintenance purposes on April 11, 1979.
