This is in respcnse to your letter dated June 20, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of a sur >:ary sheet of pcwer plant operator exem results presented to the Con mission on April 20, 1979, and the actual nuclear plant operator liccnse examinaticns and test results for any other Duke Pc'..er Company erployces administered between January 1,1975, and the present.
Enclosed, as listed in Appendix A, are docuu nts subject to your request.
In a telephone conversation on July 16, 1979 with Ms. Ellen Whitlow of my staff, you : greed to bear the costs of reproducing these records.
The charge for reproducticn of records not located at the NRC Public Docurent Ruom is $0.10 per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b).
Accordin;1y, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 205 pages is $20.50.

The Power Plant Examination Results Suuary Sheets go back as far as February, 1976 Results prior to that tilae would require an extensive search of individual docket files, which are already publicly available a t the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., t!ashington, DC 2D555.
You ray obtain copies of these documents by writing directly to the PDR. The cost of reproducing documents at the PDR is $0.08 per page copy, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b).
