50-339 NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF DTRECTOR'S DECISION UNDER 10 CFR 2.206 On December 20, 1978, the Commission published a notice in the Federal Register (43 Fed. Reg. 59451) that it had received a letter from the North Anna Environ-mental Coalition (NAEC) requesting that the Commission revoke the licenses for t1e Virginia Electric and Power Company's (VEPCO) North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2.
License resocation was requested as enforcement action against VEPC0 for alleged material false statements.
The NAEC's letter was treated as a request for action under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Commission's regulations.
The Director of Inspection and Enforcement has considered the NAEC's request and determined not to institute enforcement action against VEPCO.
Accordingly, the NAEC's request is denied.
A copy of the Director's decision will be placed in the Commission's Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
20555, and in the local public document room for the North Anna Power Station, located at the Louisa County Courthouse, Louisa, Virginia 23092, and at the University of Virginia, Alderman Library, Charlottesville, Virginia 22901.
A copy of the decision will also be filed with the Secretary of the Commission for review in accordance with 10 CFR 2.206'c) of the Commission's regulations.

2 In accordance with 10 CFR 2.206(c) of the Commission's regulations, this decision will constitute the final action of the Commission twenty (20) days after the date of issuance, unless the Commission on its own motion institutes review of the decision within that time.
