This letter is to provide information concerning admittance of NRC personnel to your facilities. indicates those NRC Region II personnel for whom permanent non-employee, no escort required picture badges as authorized by 10 CFR 73.55(d)(5) are requested.

Those NRC Region II personnel listed on Enclosure 2 are requested to be badged for unescorted access in the protected area only.

We request that a site orientation relevant to the issuance of badges, escort duties and emergency evacuation be afforded those personnel listed in Enclosures 1 and 2 if such training has not previously been provided. The enclosures to this letter are effective upon receipt and will be routinely updated.

For those NRC personnel not identified on these enclosures normal access procedures should be exercised; that is, presentation and verification of official hPC identification, search, registration, and escorting.
