RECORDS REQUESTED FOR TMI-2 INVESTIGATION BY SEfMTE SUBCOMMITTEE OH NUCLEAR REGULATI0ft Reference is made to memorandum from Kevin E. Cornell, Deputy Executive Director for Operations Hay 30, 1979, subject above.
This memorandum is being sent to you as a record of our telecon of June 6,1979 regarding the RES risk assessrent review of the Oconee #3 PWR power plant which was identified under itaa 58 of the attachment to the Cornell memorandum. The subject report is considered very preliminary and contains certain known errors. Effort is currently underway by the contractor and staff to make the necessary changes to this report prior to publication. We will submit the report to you in response to the Senate request as soon as these appropriate changes have been made.
