Rtgion V has reviewed Rancho Seco's April 16th respense to IE Bulletin (JEB)'/9-05A.
The results of this rcview are as follous:

Ittm 4.a of IE3 79-05A was responded to in the Iicensee response dated April 11, 1979.
This re.pc.n.co a.idras ad the old nyuireitrat (4.a..79-05A) vs the new requircirent (/.a-79-06A).
Response to Item 4.b of IEB 79-05A is contained in the licensee's April 15,19/9 latter.
In this letter the licensee addressed the r.eu requirernent (7.b.-79-05A) vs 'the old requiren.ont (4.b-79-05A).
Hos:ever, on page 2 of the April 16th response the licensee states they are ravitin9 their proceduras to agrta with the requi.u.ents of 79-06A, Itemr. 7.a. and 7.b.
This is coasisvent with the Region V undct-standir.q of what is rcqu: tad and t:u site in3psctor W.'l Verif/ thtt the ptocedures and training instructions are changed to reflect these new requirements.
