Additional Contingency Plan Information Your letter, Reference (c), request additional ir #ortation relative to the Yankee Rowe Security Contingency Plan. You indicated that submittal of this information was necessary to complete your review of the plan. Accordingly, we are enclosing an entire copy of the Yankee Rowe Modified Amended Security Plan.
Chapter 8, the Contingency Plan, has been revised and now incorporates the necessary information addressed in your request. The changes have been identified by a vertical line in the right hand margin.
In addition to these changes, and to be consistent with the other Yankee Security Plans, we have changed the title to read Yankee Rowe Security Plan.
This information is considered proprietary and shall be withheld from public disclosure pursuant with 10 CFR Section 2.790(d).
A Class III licensing review fee of $4000.00 is enclosed in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22. This fee was requested by the Office of Administration, License Fee Managecent Branch in Reference (d).
