In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Technical Specification

6. 9.1.9, we have attached the subj ect reports concerning non-performance of a personnel hatch seal leakage test at least once per seventy-two (72) hours when the airlock was being used for multiple entries and the turbine overspeed protection system being inoperable for less than four hours.

Also, a revision to Reportable Occurrence Report No. 50-36S/79-37 is sub-mitted to correct an error in the event description section (i.e.,

2P7B should have read 2P7A).
