Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

Re: Turkey Point Units 3 & 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 I&E Bulletin 79-06A This letter confirms our telephone conversation on May 2,1979 during which I agreed that Turkey Point would establish procedures and instructions to the operators that in the event of HPI initiation with RCP's op erating at lea st two RCP's will remain operating as long as the pumps are providing forced flow.

to item 7C of I6F Bulletin This agreement is contrary to our response 79-06A.

However, we are continuing to work with our NSSS vendor to determine the proper disposition of this item.

Very truly yours,
