Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
On June 1,199, a report was made under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) concerning an electrical fault whic'1 occurred on a Class 1E 480 volt motor control center supplied by Klockner-Moeller Corporation.
On June 6, 1979, we submitted a report (S.N. 455) which was intended to be the five day letter required under the provisions of 10CFR21; however, we mistakenly neglected to make any reference to 10CFR21 in that letter.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that S.N. 455 should be considered our five day letter under the provisions of 10CFR21, and, as stated in item of 5.N. 455, it should also be considered our final report under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
