NUCLEAR FUEL SERVICES - ACCEPTANCE FOR REVIEW OF REVISION 22 TO PHYSICAL PROTECTION PLAN (ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFIER L-2019-SPR-0005)
Dear Mr. Freudenberger:
We have received your letter dated July 22, 2019, transmitting Revision 22 to your Physical Protection Plan. The letter is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) under Accession No. ML19207A007. Your request has been assigned Enterprise Project Identifier L-2019-SPR-0005. Please reference this number in any future correspondence associated with this request.
We have completed our acceptance review of your submittal and have identified no administrative omissions or deficiencies that would prevent us from proceeding with a detailed review. A complete review of this submittal may identify issues that require additional information.
Based on our preliminary review and projection of current review schedules, we anticipate completing our review by the end of January 2020. This date could change depending on the findings of our technical review, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule. In addition, we estimate that completing the review will require approximately 80 staff hours.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at: http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
