Subject:

Bi-monthly Special Nuclear Material (SNM) and Source Material (SM) Physical Inventory Summary Report Pursuant to 10 CFR 74.17(a) and 10 CFR 74.33(c)(4), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC ("LES"),

also dba URENCO USA ("UUSA"), hereby submits NRC Form 327 for the bi-monthly period May 22, 2019 through July 24, 2019.

The enclosure contains information concerning UUSA's material control and accounting program for special nuclear material. As such, UUSA requests the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
