Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 17 requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-72. As part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are enclqjed.
Florida Power Corporation considers Change' Request No.17 to be a Class III amendment per 10 CFR 170.22 as it i@91ves a single safety issue.
This amendment is exempt from licensing fees as it is being proposed in response to NRC questions to the Technical Specification Change Request that was submitted on January 23, 1978 on this subject.
Enclosed is a signed copy of Certificate of Service for Technical Specification Change Request No. 17 to the Chief Executive of Citrus County, Florida.
