Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

In response to your letter of May 22, 1979, which transmitted Nuclear Regulatory Commission IE Bulletin 79-11, we wish to advise that a review of the designs of Catawba have been conducted. This review revealed that no Westinghouse DB-50 or DB-75 circuit breakers are used or planned for use in safety related systems at this station.

Very truly yours,
