Dear Mr. Counsil:
We are continuing our review of your August 1, '977 submittal concerning degraded grid voltage.
The submittal included preliminary technical specifications for emergency power system. We have concluded that the following are required to continue our review.
1.
Your pr~oposed technical specifications should include a trip point on the second level voltage protection on the 4160V bus including a casis for the trip point voltage and the time delay.
2.
Describe how the voltage monitors satisfy the requirements of IEEE Std. 279-1971.
Include sufficient information to enable us to verify compliance with the requirements.
To maintain our review schedule your response is requested within 30 days of
