to unscheduled shutdownsof the Oyster Creek Plant:

Copies of Oyster Creek old Gray Book sheets (only the current Gray Book is filed at the Local Public Document Room); and 2.
NRC Chron Sheets (pages78-353) which cover the period of April 1969 (license issuance date) through January 1977 (which is when the NRC started publishing the Gray Book). This chronological listing identifies periodic operating reports filed by the licensee.
Such reports are available in the Applicant
