NOR... ANNA SECURITY PROGRAM AMENOMENT DATED APRIL 6, 1979 We have reviewed the proposed change to the North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2, Security Plan which concerns the saparation of Units 1 and 2 from the construction area of Unit 3.

Your letter of April 6,1979 constitutes notification of an aporopriate change under 10 CFR 50.5J(p). As proposed, the change does not represent any degradation in the physical security program and is approved.

You shall maintain in effect and fully implement all provisions of the physical security plan approved by the Nuclear Regulatory Conmission, including changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and amendments made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and 10 CFR 50.90.
