Dear Mr. Warembourg:
Through telephone conversations with you we have learned that you have been shut down since June 15, 1979 due to the expiration of our extension of the temporary relief from LC0 4.3.10 as specified in our letter of May 25, 1979.
We also understand that only two valves require additional snubbers.
Your request to again obtain temporary relief from LC0 4.3.10 until June 23, 1979 stems from a need to clean up the primary coolant s).tems while the plant is at 2% of rated power.
We fel that an extension of the temporary relief from LC0 4.3.10 from today u.::.11 June 23,1979 is ar;eptable for the reasons enumerated in our letter of May 25, 1979.
