Dear Mr. Cavanaugh:
By letter dated March 9,1979, you submitted the Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (TS) for Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1.
In an enclosure to this letter you indicated that solidification was not addressed in the specifications because you felt that its inclusion in the TS is unwarranted. Further you indicated that you would submit the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (00CM) by April 1,1979, but to date we have not received it.
We request that you submit TS which address solidification, your Solid Waste Process Control Program and the ODCM not later than July 9,1979, so that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
