It has been called to our attention that Chairmaa Wenner (and perbaps others) has still not received copies of the petitions for leave to intervene filed by the Town of Gardiner (March 13,1979) and the Ulster County Environmental Management Council (March 15,1979), although Staff council did request the Office of the Secretary to serve those documents upon all parties. Accurd-ingly, we are also enclosing copies v/ those petitions. We request all parties to serve copies of any filings upon the persons identified in the present service list for this proceeding, a copy of v;hich is enclosed.
