This is in response to your letter dated June 6,1979, in uthich you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, four cegorit_s of records relating to the Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station.
Each item referred to in your request is addressed below:
a.
The Regulatery Cuides subject to your request are enclosed.
b.
The NRC Abnormal Occurrence Report to the Congress relating to the Three-Mile Island Incident has not been finalized.
A copy will be sert to you whcn it is transmitted to Congrese c.
Category T of the Licensing and Operating Stage section o: che Post-Incident part of the enclosed report and printouts identify part of the requested transcripts.
The remaining transcripts subject to ycur request will be addressed in a future letter.

The enclosed report and printouts identify all of NRC records relating to the Three Mile Incident which have been publicly disclosed as of June 20, 1979.
The publicly available records identified in c and d above have been placed in Docket File 50-320 at the NRC Public Document Roon (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555 where they are available for inspection and copying. The charge for reproducing these records is eight cents
($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Coaanission's regulations. Copies can be obtained by writing directly to the PDR. You will be billed directly by the PDR Reproduction Contractor, Potomac Research, Inc.

There are also three publicly available litigation files rel.vant to the Three Mile Island Unit 2 Reactor; all are entitled Chauncey Kepford v.
NRC and are located in Dockets 78-1160, 78-1933 and 18-2170 of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Coluirbia, U.S. Courthouse, Constitution Avenue and John Marshall Place, N.W., Washington, DC.
