Dear Mr Felton:
This is a request for information from your files under the Freedom of Infornation Act.
As a result of our telephone conversation of. lune 19, I understand your office has custody of operator license examinations and test results for Duke Powur Ccopany's nuclear power plants, Subsequent to our conversation, I discovered that a su:' mary of examination test results was prepared a.,d presented to the Commission on April 20, 19/9.
That list included exami'ations acuinistered to sployees of Duke Power's Oconee plant on January 25, June 27, and December 12, 1977, and February 15, July 24, and I;ovember 21, 1978.
Pursuant to Public Law 93-502, I am reques ting a copy of that summary sheet of power plant operator exam results, as submitted to the Commission, including the results of examinations of operator candidates at all other power plants mentioned.
I also am requesting copies of the actual nuclear plant operator license examinations and test results for any other Duke Power Company employees administered between January 1, 1975, and the present.
I am not requesting the examination papers for exams included in the aforementioned summary.
Please include any other sunmaries, qu a n ti ta ti ve,
or qualitative evaluations of the Duke Power examinations as may be in your files for that period.
My requests do not include the names of the operator candidates taking the exams.
