SUMMARY

The Nuclear Reculatory Commission M issued minor amendments to the NRC Notices of Systems of Records, NRC-1 thru 13,15 thru 23, 26 thru 28, 30 thru 32, 34 and 36 thru 40.

The amert."ents also delete NoC-35. and incorporate NRC-14 into NRC-ll. The amendments clarify and uodate the information contained in the NRC Systems of Records.

EFFECTIVE DATE: The amendments to the NRC Notices of Svstems of Records become effective on JR 61979

The amendments revoko NRC-14 and 35.

At the time the NRC Systems of Records were established, i t was expected that NRC-14, Medical Records,.,culd beccme a separate file.

These records are sealed, and have been retained as pa-t of NRC-ll General Personnel 9ecords.

In view of the relatively few such records retained by the NRC, NRC-14 has been deleted, and NRC-ll has been amended to reflect where the records are actually stored.

Notice is hereby given that the Commission has adopted the pi aposed amend-men s of the NRC systems of records.

The text of the amendments set forth below is identical with the text of the amendments which were published on April 5,1979, for public cccrent.

Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, the Energy Recrganization Act of 1974, as amended, and sections 552, 552a, and 553 of Title 5 of the Uniteu States Code, the follcwing amendments to the NRC Systems of Records are published as a.
