In accordance with your 1.etter of July 3, Florida Power Corporation forwards the licensing f ee for the NRC review of our " Safeguards Contingency Plan for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Power Plant".
As this is a safeguards issue requiring a Class III fee per 10 CFR 170.22, the licensing fee is in the amount of $4,000.00.
