Dear Mr. Chaiman:
On April 26, 1979, we forwarded to you our request for certain reprogramming actions.
In our submission we indicated tnat the Commission was in the process of a review of the impact of the accident at Three-Mile Island Unit 2 and that the results of this review ray necessitate additional reprogramming actions in FY 1979.
We have completed this review for FY 1979 and, as a result, additional reprogramming actions are proposed.
The enclosure idernifies those actions.
We request your early consideration and approval of the proposed actions.
