Appendix B NOTICE OF DEVIATION Commonwealth Edison Docket No. 50-295 Company Docket No. 50-304 Based on the inspection conducted on April 10 - 12, 16 and 18, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were not in accordance with commitments, codes, standards, guides or acceptable practices, as noted below.
The objective of Section 4.16 of Appendix A, Technical Specifi-cations, requires the licensee to establish a radiological moni-toring program adequate to measure changes in the levels of environmental radioactivity due to plant effluents.
Contrary to the above, the licensee failed to place the thermo-luminescent dosimeters (TLD) at Onsite Stations #1 and 3 adequately in that the mounting of the TLD material precluded measurement of Xe-133 and other plant effluents.
