Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Docket No. 50-295 Company Docket No. 50-304 Based on the inspection conducted on April 10-12, 16, and 18, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. The item below is an infraction.
Section 4.16, Table 4.16-1, Item 3, of Appendix A, Technical Speci-fications, requires tha' fish shall be collected semiannually and gamma isotopic analysis of fish be conducted.
Contrary to the above, the licensee failed to collect fish the second half of 1978 and conduct the required analysis.
