Dear Mr. Berry:
By le tter dated May 7,1979 you provided responses regarding s taff concerns about the James A. FitzPatrick Fire Protection Program. A satisfactory response to the five remaining items will allow issuance of the Safety Evaluation Report.
Several uncertainties still remain. With respect to item 3.2.4 please clarify whether the entire system casign has been verified in accordance with NFPA-13. With respect to item 3.3.16 please provide t.ie entire fire test documentation for cabling installed in the Fit: Patrick Plant.
The draf t Safety Evaluation was previously forwarded informally, Your acmmitment of implementation dates is necessary for modifications delineated in Table 3.1.
