list additional safety-related snubbers, modifies a Technical Specification

on non-radiological chemical releases, and clarifies the Technical Specificatior.s with respect to License Amendment No.11 to permit the initial fire protection surveillances performed after January 30, 1977, to be done within the time period normally allowed for completion of each surveillance activity.

7590-01 The applications for the amendment comply with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amendec (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations.
The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commissicn's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter 1, which are set for th in the license amendment.
Prior public notice of this amendment was not required since the amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
The Commission has determined that the issuance of this amendment will not result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant to 10 CFR 551.5(d)(4) an environmental impact statement or negative declaration and environmental impact appraisal need* not be prepared in connection with issuance of this amendment.
