Dear Mr. McCorkle:
This letter is submitted as Transnuclear Inc.'s Transportation Security Plan for purposes of the gen-eral license issued under 10 CFR 70.20a.
During the course of a security shipment under the requirements of 10 CFR 73 Transnuclear does not have physical possession of the material but is in a posi-tion to control the transportation of formula quantities of strategic special nuclear material.
