I enclose for your information a copy of a petition filed on behalf of the Toledo Coalition for Safe Energy which requests that an order be issued that the Davis-Besse nuclear plant not be restarted until certain actions are taken concerning emergency and evacuation procedures and public hearings have been held. The petition is being treated under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Comission's regulations, and accordingly, appropriate action will be taken on the petition within a reasonable time.
