We have reviewed the quality assurance program, as described in letters submitted June 16, 1978, November 9, 1978 and Deceu.ber 21, 1978.
based on this review, we have concluded that the quality assurance program description is acceptable pending review of exceptions to the " Orange Book" (WASH 1284).
These exceptions were submitted by Nebraska Public Power District as Section 8.0 to the program by letter dated January 9,1979 and are presently under review.
