As specified in Condition 21 of Amendment No. 4 to Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-777, UNC Recovery Systems has prepared a plan for the future decontamination of the places of use and site authorized by that license so that they can be released for unrestricted use.
That plan is transmitted with _his letter for your information.
UNC Resources, which is the parent Corporation of UNC Recovery Systems, is fully capable of financing such a decontamina-tion and decommissioning program, and will commit the resources required when it becomes necessary to do so.
