SUMMARY
DISPOSITION On the basis of the papers filed herewith, NRDC requests that the Board declare that the analyses done by the Staff with respect to the proposed action are legally deficient because they do not analyze the fall environmental, health and safety, and other consequences of Duke Power Company's proposed cascade program and alternatives to it as required by the National Environmental Policy Act and 10 CFR S 20.l(c).
NRDC also re-quests that the Board postpone all evidentiary proceedings in this case until such an analysis has been completed.
