.s Ibe individuals named on the attachment are USNRC personne? who have completed j
'DfI WP training or equivalent and have been instructed in DfI site specific r
procedures for emergency signale and plans by NRC personnel who have'auccessfully completed the DiI RWP training on April 12, 1979.
The named individuals are aware of appropriate health physica practices and procedures hi h radiation, c on t amin a tion, for entering, working in, and exiting radiation, E
and airborne radioactivity areas.
Thesa individuals should be allowed to valve FWP training.
They will, hcn ever, coc:ple t e respirator fitting and testing.
Those individuals no identified by an asteric (*) have also completed a medical exa=inaticn and have been found qualified to wear respiratory protection equircent.
Individuals not identified l
by an asterik (*) vill, in addition,.take a site physical exnmination prior to being fit / tested on respiratury equipment.
A copy of this memorandum with ' jour approval noted attached to "DfI form
" Radiation Protection Process form" should serve as sufficient evidence of completion of the RWP Access requirements.
