Obtain Data Sheet 1 and enter tare weight of collection containers.
b.
Ensure that Decay Heat Remaval System valves are aligned in accordance with 21C4-1.3, Cacay Heat Removal.
c.
Thoroughly inspect system compcnents and piping outside of containment visually and acccmplish the folicwing:
(1) Record location of any leakage on Data Sheet 1, Column 1.
WARNING:
LEAKAGE MAY BE RADI0 ACTIVE; EXERCISE CARE IN COLLECTING LEAKAGE AND IN SUB5EQUENT FANDLINS.
(2) Collect leakage frcn all locaticns rcted for. at least one hour.
Enter the fcilouing information on Cata Sheet 1.

In lieu of a hydrostatic test pump, a ssurce of pressurized demineralized water may be used.

CO NOT EXCEEr TE3T PRESSURE CF 62 PSIG.

Cpen CH-V201B and DH-V2C23; pressurize piping to be tested tc 56.2 1 2 psig using test assembly.
NOTE:
Test pressure must be maintained until released by this procedura.
Operate test pump as necessary.
2 Af:er piping being tested is pressurized to 56.2 + 0 g.
psig, visually inspect all piping and concenents being tested and accceplish the following:
(1)
Reccrd location of any leakage on Cata Sheet 4, column 1.
WARNING:
LEAXAGE MAY EE PAD CACTIVE; EXERCISE CARE IN CCLLECTING LEAKAGE AND IN SU3SECUENT HANCLINS.
(2) Collect leakage from all loca:ians noted fo-3:
