Enclosure 1 Description of Revision/Change EPIP-2, Rev 0041; EPIP-3, Rev 0046; EPIP-4, Rev 0044; EPIP-5, Rev 0051

  • Revised 2.0 References Section to align with template.
  • Revised record identification requirements to conform to fleet standard.
  • Revised the step used to direct activating TEENS, to clarify that the activation is of notification groups, and updated the titles of the notification groups to be the same as they are in TEENS.

EPIP-13, Rev 0028

  • Revised 2.0 References Section to align with Writer's Guide template.
  • Revised record identification requirements to conform to fleet standard.
  • Added Section 5.0 ILLUSTRATIONS/APPENDICES to align with other EP fleet procedures and template guidance.
  • Added a NOTE that explains the Engineering Calculation source of the calibration factors for the CVE Accident Radiation Monitor in the next Table. Revised footnotes 4 and 5 for that Table to include the Design Output calculation source and also the additional steps taken to make the factors ready for entry on the calculation sheet.
  • Changed the current version of the ICS Dose Assessment computer program to Version 5.

EPIP-14, Rev 0028

  • Revised 2.0 References Section to align with template requirements. Changed subsections to 2.1 Performance References and 2.2 to Developmental References.

Added new Performance Reference EMG-0, Emergency Management Guideline.

  • Reworded step 3.1 B.2 to clarify the number of RP personnel required to augment the on shift staffing for an emergency condition.
  • Added step 3.2.K to Precautions and Limitations section to include a description of resources and references available for mitigating consequences of "Spraying the plume" of a gaseous radioactive effluent release.
  • Corrected grammar error in step 3.3.1 B, changing wording from "minor on no impact" to "minor or no impact".
  • Added new step 3.8.E to describe additional considerations for contamination control during a release. Revised record identification requirements to conform to fleet standard.
  • Added Section 5.0 List of Appendices to match procedure template.
