This letter is being sent to all licensees authorized to operate a nuclear power reactor and to all acolicants with application for a license to operate a pcwer reactor (FSAR docketed).
The NRC recently notified you that it had scheduled a series of meetings to discuss implementation of upgraded guard qualific'aion, training and contingency planning requirements. The Region I meet 11g scheduled to be held on Octocer 11,1978 nas been rescheculed to October 13, 1978. A revised schedule is enclosed.
