The Regional Offices of the Office of Inspection and Enforcement, NRC, are assisting the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation in the performance of certain tasks that are outside the scope of I&E's usual responsibility.
Region IV, I&E, presently has responsibility for the technical review of your latest submittal relative to your Emergency Plan.
You may be contacted by the I&E Regional Office for information or clarification of features of your Emergency Plan.
Formal correspondence with you, the licensee, and issuance of the Safety Evaluation Report, will continue to be the responsibility of the Division of Operating Reactors, NRC.
We will keep you informed of any other changes in our usual nethod of dealing with licensees.
